Hotel Cen Tokyo

Great location near train stations, restaurants, and shopping. English-speaking staff. Convenient luggage storage. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good breakfast. LGBTQI friendly. Spacious room compared to other Tokyo hotels.

The room at Hotel Cen had a well-thought-out use of space, allowing us to stash our luggage under the bed. Despite being small, there was still sufficient space to move around comfortably. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the convenient cafe downstairs. The location was superb, just a short walk from the heart of Shinjuku. it was a good design hotel with nice and clean rooms.

That the room felt a bit warm, but the staff was always willing to help and ensure our comfort.

This hotel is conveniently located near two train stations on main lines, making it easy to get to and from the Narita Express. It is situated in a great part of town, with plenty of Korean restaurants in the surrounding area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent showers and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, speaking fluent English and providing assistance 24/7.

One minor drawback is that the hotel does not offer on-site laundry facilities.

The location was perfect, close to public transportation and easy to get around. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, even giving us tips on where to find a late-night beer. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a modern bathroom. We especially loved the amazing shower!

The size of the room, but honestly, who goes to a city like this to sit in their hotel room all day? Plus, the condensation on the window in the morning was a bit annoying, but it wasn't a major issue.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The location to Shin-Okubo Station was perfect, allowing us easy access to all the attractions in this city. We loved being close to the Korean neighborhood, surrounded by a variety of delicious Korean restaurants.
